Mirvac’s London based office has been integral to the development of 100,000 square metres of urban regeneration at South Quay Square at Canary Wharf.

The South Quay Square project brought together Hilton’s London Canary Wharf Hotel, 350 luxury waterside apartments, restaurants, offices, health clubs and other amenities. Now approaching completion, the last phase of development includes serviced apartments, residential apartments and a site earmarked for a hotel.

Rather than treat the apartments in isolation, they have been carefully integrated into the quaysides, play areas and a public square. Waterfront pedestrian routes and linkages via bridges to shopping boulevards, railway stations and office towers also enhance the development.
