Leighton Beach is located between Cottesloe and Fremantle on the coastline of Western Australia.

It includes a mix of 390 apartments, beach houses, penthouses, a boutique hotel, restaurants, cafes, shops, and extensive landscaped gardens and public parks.

Beachside Leighton has been developed to work with its surroundings, in a visual, environmental and cultural sense. Where buildings reach five storeys, upper levels have been set back and faced in dark tones to minimise their ground-level impact and maintain a human scale to the streetscapes. Materials and colours reflect the local textures and structures.
